Dear All Concerned

You are kindly requested to take in consideration the following points before uploading your demand request in the Embassy’s system.

Where to submit demand documents

  1. If the employer company is located in the Riyadh, Al Jawf, Northern Borders, Al Qassim, Hail and Eastern Province, the demand request should be submitted in the portal of Nepal Embassy, Riyadh and,
  2. If the employer company is located in Tabuk, Madinah, Makkah, Bahah, Asir, Jizan or in Najran, the demand request should be submitted in the portal of Consulate General of Nepal in Jeddah.

Required documents to attest demand request.

  1. Demand related documents prepared in the format provided online (sample is available here ),
  2. Official English translated copy of Company Registration Certificate,
  3. English version of visa delegation from Enjaz Visa Platform,
  4. Visa details with border number from Qiwa Platform,
  5. Last three months’ Salary statement for the existing Nepali workers along with their contact numbers,
  6. GOSI Contributors list (containing iqama number, nationality, name etc. of all existing workers),
  7. Upload digital copy of Owner’s and HR Manager’s ID, and mention their correct contact numbers in the respective fields,
  8. ID Copy and contact number of personnel(s) who is(are) responsible to deal with workers’ issues, if and when arise,
  9. Undertaking letters from the employer company and recruiting agency (sample is available here ),

Additional documents to be submitted for supply or contracting companies

  1. A copy of worker supply agreement with the client company,
  2. A letter (with MoFA attestation) from the client company guaranteeing job for the requested workers for a minimum of two years,
  3. An undertaking from the client company guaranteeing not to supply the workers to any other company.
  4. Only after attaching the abovementioned documents, contact the embassy for meeting.

The employer companies are strongly advised to work directly with the recruiting agencies (Manpower companies) of Nepal to recruit Nepali workers. The list of recruiting agencies in Nepal is available at https://dofe.gov.np/Recruting-Agences.aspx. Use of middleman/brokers is strongly discouraged,

يرجى منكم التفضل باتباع التعليمات التالية قبل تقديم طلبكم في نظام السفارة :

أين يقدم مستندات الطلب؟

  1. الشركات و المؤسسات في الرياض و الجوف و في الحدود الشمالية و القصيم و الحائل و في المنطقة الشرقية عليها أن تقدم طلبها عبر بوابة السفارة الالكترونية .
  2. و الشركات و المؤسسات التي تقع في جدة و مكة و المدينة المنورة و الباحة و العسير و الجيزان و نجران عليها أن تقدم طلبها عبر بوابة القنصلية العامة النيبالية بجدة.

الوثائق المطلوبة لتقديم الطلب الاستقدام

  1. يرجى تقديم وثائق الطلب في صيغة السفارة المعدة و المتوفرة على النت ( النماذج توجد هنا) https://demand.nepalembassy.gov.np/index.php
  2. إرفاق شهادة تسجيل الشركة المترجمة المعتمد عليها للإنجليزية
  3. إرفاق صورة من التفويض على التأشيرة باللغة الإنجليزية من بوابة (إنجاز منصة التأشيرات Enjaz Visa Platform).
  4. إرفاق كشف رواتب ثلاثة أشهر الأخيرة للعمال النيباليين الموجودين على كفالة الشركة و رقم تواصلهم .
  5. إرفاق معلومات التأشيرة مع رقم الحدود من بوابة ( قوى).
  6. ارفاق إثبات تسجيل العمال الموجودين على كفالة الشركة في نظام المؤسسة العامة لتأمينات الاجتماعية.
  7. إرفاق صورة الهوية/ الإقامة و معلومات تواصل لشخص معني بحل مشاكل العمال وقت الحاجة .
  8. إرفاق صورة الهوية الوطنية/ الإقامة الرقمية من توكلنا/أبشر لصاحب العمل و مدير الموارد البشرية و التنمية الاجتماعية و توفير رقم تواصلهم الصحيحفي الخانات الخاصة .
  9. خطاب تعهد ( النموذج موجود هنا)من شركة صاحب العمل و مكتب التوظيف https://demand.nepalembassy.gov.np/index.php

في حال رغبة الشركة/ المؤسسة في تشغيل العمال المطلوب استقدامهملدى عميلكم يرجى إرفاق المستندات التالية الإضافية :

  1. صورة من عقد العمل مع عميلكم ينص على حاجتهم إلى العمال المطلوب استقدامهم من نيبال
  2. خطاب ضمان و تعهد من عميلكم المصدق من وازرة الخارجية السعودية يتعهد فيه بضمان العمل للعمال المطلوب استقدامهم لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين.
  3. خطاب تعهد من عميلكم بعدم تشغيل العمال المطلوب استقدامهم لدى غيرهم.
  4. يرجى التواصل مع السفارة بعد إرفاق هذه المستندات فقط للتنسيق للقاء.
